"I attended this workshop at the last minute and I'm so glad that I did. I had been feeling stuck in my practice, still enslaved by repetitive negative thoughts. Michael had many keen insights to share and I experienced more than one "ah-ha" moment. For me, the most impactful pointer Michael offered was one of his own: The less there is of "I" the more there is of God. (Thanks David, but it was Meister Eckhart that said that! -MJ) This is a real gem and, of course, so true. I left the workshop feeling re-energized and elevated. Thank you Michael!"
